Choosing a satisfying post secondary program, apprenticeship, job, or career can be a challenging process. To do this effectively you need to know yourself. Once you are clear about your interests, skills, values, aptitudes and the key elements of your personality it becomes much easier to see what’s a good educational or career fit for you.
