Be Well Do Well Peer Support Program
What is it?
The Be Well Do Well Peer Support Program matches students who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or wanting to build their mental health and resiliency by speaking with a peer. Peer mentors provide support and can help you develop personal and academic wellness strategies.
Where do we meet?
For the 2021-22 year, all meetings will occur by Zoom or phone. Mentors are available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30am to 4pm.
Who are the mentors?
Our mentors are second year Social Service Worker students, who are completing a placement with our program.
How do I sign up?
Please complete our online Be Well Do Well Mentee Application Form. Once you submit this form, we will schedule a brief meeting to make sure this program is a good match for your needs.
