Len Larose has more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry and is a successful business leader who is not afraid to get his hands dirty to help those in need.

is award-winning company, Printing By Innovation (PBI), was founded in 2005 and quickly grew from a small brokering business into a full-service marketing agency. PBI’s corporate headquarters in Beamsville, Ontario now has 40,000 square feet of production and office space, with the company emerging as a prominent local provider of printing services for a growing client base.

Len believes in giving back. Under his leadership, PBI supports Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region, worldwide forest conservation efforts, and provides funding and volunteer assistance to Hope of Life International, a non-profit organization offering humanitarian aid in the form of housing, food, water, and supplies for those in need in Guatemala. Over the years, Len and his team have made several trips to Guatemala, with expenses covered by PBI, to help with the building of homes and a preschool in rural communities.
