Liberatore is an alumnus of Mohawk College and has over 30 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. He has worked internationally for companies like Procter and Gamble, Parmalat, Mother, and Parkers Tea & Coffee. Currently, Liberatore serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability for CKF, the manufacturer of Royal ChinetTM tableware. Throughout his career, Liberatore has held senior positions across various functions such as Research and Development, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Manufacturing. As an award-winning transformational leader, he has utilized his sustainability and design thinking to advance businesses, achieving growth and sustainability goals. Liberatore was instrumental in the creation and expansion of the RealCupTM business unit at Mother Parkers, which produced the first recyclable coffee pod, prompting the industry to become more sustainable. Liberatore has more than 60 worldwide patents to his name and is recognized as an intellectual property strategist. He has also collaborated with startups to develop business plans and expand their manufacturing capabilities. Liberatore is a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing his MBA at Bayes Business School, City University.
