Introducing to the world, baby SUNITA!

Mohawk College's state-of-the-art baby simulator now has a beautiful name thanks to you. SUNITA is already a very busy little girl helping our sonography students develop their pediatric and neonatal diagnostic skills.

SUNITA, is a name with Hindu origins meaning wise and reliable. The very clever people who proposed this name pointed out the name is also an acronym: Simulated Ultrasound of Neonatology Integrating Technological Advancements.

SUNITA's 'parents' STEVE and STELLA , the adult simulators' names, are also acronyms. Congratulations to SUNITA's extended family at the IAHS campus! NB
