President, Hamilton, Hickory Dickory Decks

Brad Arnold has built a successful career in construction and hopes to inspire others to pursue a path in skilled trades. He is a licenced designer, red seal certified carpenter and president of the head office of Hickory Dickory Decks, the largest deck company in Canada.

Brad completed his apprenticeship in carpentry in 2002, after six years of sales experience at Hickory Dickory Decks. Progressing within the company, he has moved from sales to building and designing decks, training other carpenters, vice president, to president and part-owner of the parent company. Brad has received all eight company awards during his tenure and is a respected expert in his field.

With a fulfilling career, it is important to Brad that he mentors young people considering the trades. He often shares his story and insights with students, sponsors apprentices and hires and trains graduates from Mohawk College.
