Juanita Gledhill is an award-winning human resources consultant with a passion for volunteering in her community.

Juanita founded MCC Group Inc. in 2002, which provides public and private organizations with strategic and operational business solutions to improve organizational effectiveness. She is an accomplished public speaker and facilitator in human resources best practices, strategic planning and operational and governance leadership.

Juanita has received a number of awards for her business and her volunteerism including the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for community service. She has served on boards for organization local chapters such as the HBSPCA, Osteoporosis Society of Canada, Ronald McDonald House, Catholic Family Services, and Head Injury Rehabilitation Ontario. She currently sits on the board for Healthcare and Municipal Employees' Credit Union.

In addition to her Mohawk credential, Juanita earned an honours bachelor of arts degree in english and political science and is a certified human resources leader.
