Liberatore Trombetta is an award-winning innovator in the packaging industry and an inventor whose career has been defined by a commitment to sustainability, a value instilled by his parents at a young age.

Liberatore’s leadership and innovation has launched world-first products and changed the direction of companies. His 30-year career has spanned across companies Procter & Gamble, Parmalat and Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, where he led the invention of the world's first recyclable single-serve pod as well as the building of a talented research and development team and an advanced technology manufacturing complex. These accomplishments have created jobs and pushed the coffee and tea industry to become more sustainable.

As an inventor, he has over 60 world-wide patents, has won a dozen prestigious professional and industry awards and has been named among the world’s leading intellectual property strategists.

An active community leader, Liberatore has coached competitive youth soccer for more than 12 years.
