The tour fostered key international partnerships and generated significant new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

Prior to his current role, Adam worked in sales and business development for a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, and a supply chain logistics leader, before beginning his career at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in 2012. He became a director of North American operations in 2013, and then CEO of Swedish operations in 2017.

Adam is now putting his executive experience to use as founder and partner of Grow the Good and Redo Performance Group a Hamilton-based consultancy firm focused on leadership development and operational efficiency. In his role he helps leaders prioritize, develop business plans, and champion positive change, while reducing complexity, simplifying processes, improving efficiency and inspiring leadership in sustainability. He serves on the Advisory Board to SKF Seals (SKF AB 8.7 BUSD).

Adam recently, July 2026, co-authored and published the book “Your Data Isn’t Broken. Your Operating Model Is.” Is your organization AI ready? How to Stop Scaling Confusion and Turn Enterprise AI into a Strategic Advantage.
