President and Founder of Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd., Michael Le Page has served the condominium industry since 1984 with a customer service, leading edge approach.

Tried, tested, true and proven, Maple Ridge employs over 75 people and the team has collectively carved a place in the industry. Named the 2009 ACMO Corporate Member of the Year, they are proud knowing their firm has been recognized for its efforts.

Graduating from Mohawk College's Marketing program in 1984. This program provided Michael with a very sound base of business understanding. At Mohawk Michael grew as an individual crossing the bridge of adolescence into adulthood and developed personal goals and targets which have fueled him throughout his career.

In his own words..." I was fortunate to have many great teachers who challenged and inspired me while attending Mohawk College. I left Mohawk on the Thursday before Easter and started my career in Toronto on the following Easter Monday. I left confident, ambitious and ready to take on the world. 25 years later, I would return to Mohawk as a student once again. In our industry there is a designation called Registered Condominium Manager and in recognition of my vast experience the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario was prepared to exempt me from the courses. However, as I would have staff following me through the courses I decided to enrol enabling me to understand the curriculum first hand. Needless to say, the courses were enjoyable, although attending Mohawk to write each of the exams and the final did bring back a feeling of trepidation that I had not felt in a quarter of a century. I now teach these same courses to my aspiring property managers."

Without a doubt, Mohawk served Michael well for a second time, and now will serve many members of his team enhancing their career through learning.
