Founding Owner and Vice President, All Natural Advice Skincare, Mimi’s Rock

Stephen Aikman had over 25 years of experience in the banking industry before he followed his passion to become an entrepreneur, a leap of faith that would find him international success.

While working as a business strategist at RBC, Stephen started an online business selling all-natural organic skincare products. After various senior leadership roles at RBC, including head of commercial strategy and regional vice president, Stephen left RBC to focus solely on growing his company. Today, Mimi’s Rock is sold in 12 countries and Stephen continues to lead their business development.

A proud Mohawk alumnus, Stephen gives back to the college through speaking to aspiring entrepreneurs and serving on the board of directors of the Mohawk College Foundation, where he provides an annual student bursary.

Stephen also holds an honours bachelor of business administration in finance and a masters of business administration.
