Digital Health Bachelors Degree Program - Student Placement

Employers are a cornerstone of student success in the Digital Health Degree program. Your participation as an employer and/or supervisor in the student placement partnership provides students with an opportunity to apply skills and knowledge learned in the program with the goal of ensuring that they will enter the workplace with a strong foundation in digital health, business connections, interpersonal skills, human relations, and other skills necessary to contribute to an organization’s vision and needs.

To confirm your placement and participation, please complete and submit your Employer Participation Form by January 15, 2024 to be included. Placements run for 12 - 14 weeks from late April to the end of August 2024. If you are completing this form for a specific student, please be sure to enter their name on the form. If there is no student name indicated, the placement will be open for all students to apply.

*To host a student, employers must sign "The Mohawk College Student Placement Agreement" if you haven't submitted this form previously they will be emailed to you after you submit this form.
