Tori Richards is an award winning story and visual development artist working in the Toronto Area. She holds an HBA in Animation from Sheridan College, and has worked extensively within the industry alongside many studios. Such studios include the likes of House of Cool, Sony Pictures Animation, Dreamworks TV Animation, Nelvana, Mercury Filmworks, Brownbag Productions, 9Story, Apple TV, HBO+ and more. One of the episodes she storyboarded on for Netflix's 'Hilda' series, has gone on to win an ANNY Award for Best TV/Media - Children. At Mohawk, she teaches storyboarding, and is currently working on the development of the curriculum within the Animation program.
She continues to share her knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement while she teaches.
