What does Fast Track, Competitive Programs, Intensive and so on mean?

Fast Track
Start selected two-year diploma programs (non co-op) in January and complete four consecutive semesters to graduate sooner.

Note: Some Fast Track programs have 6 semesters, which include:

Co-op
Program includes cooperative education work term placements — earn while you learn with paid work semesters.

Competitive Programs
You MUST apply before the equal consideration date to be considered for competitive programs.

Second Career
Second Career provides financial support to help laid-off workers get the skills and training they need for high-demand jobs in their communities.

Mature students
A mature student is someone who does not have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, but has reached the age of 19 years on or before the beginning of the program to which they are applying Testing may be available.
