Program summary:

Health, Wellness and Fitness is a two-year Ontario College Diploma program offered in Hamilton, Ontario.

Students in the Health, Wellness and Fitness program will learn to assess, design, prescribe and implement exercise programs, nutritional plans, and wellness plans for individuals of varying fitness levels to meet their needs in regard to health, wellness and fitness.

*Fast Track - allows students to complete a two-year Diploma program (non co-op) in 16 months. Students will start in January and be in school for four continuous semesters: Winter, Spring/Summer, Fall and Winter. Students will not be off during the summer.
