I am a Registered Cardiac Sonographer and a Registered Cardiology Technologist, having completed both programs from Mohawk College. I currently work part-time in both roles at a cardiology clinic and a hospital, providing quality diagnostic care-thanks to the strong, well-rounded training I received at Mohawk College.
My passion for education which began during the days I was doing my Master’s degree, inspired me to become a part-time professor and lab instructor in the Cardiovascular Technology Program at Mohawk College.
Over the past few years, I’ve enjoyed teaching a variety of subjects, including Human Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, and Holter Monitoring. To improve my teaching skills and better support students, I’m also working toward a certificate in 'Teaching the Adult Learner’.
