Kevin is the founder of Software Hamilton, an online portal for the regional startup and technology community. As part of this initiative he has organized community events such as the tech DemoCamp, business hackathon Startup Weekend, and many more. Kevin completed his PhD in computer science at McMaster University in 2016. He is a partner and Chief Learning Officer at CoMotion Group, a dual location co-working space hosting Hamilton's largest entrepreneurial community of over 100 freelancers, digital workers, and young professionals. He most recently co-founded the Hamilton Code Club program funded by the Hamilton Community Foundation to put lunch hour and after school learn-to-code clubs in Hamilton-area elementary schools.
