For the past 14 years I have been a faculty member in the Practical Nursing program. Prior to this I work in the Health Care sector as a Registered Nurse at the Hamilton Health Sciences in many different areas. I have worked as a Registered Nurse, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
I have been a member of the Girl Guides of Canada as both a girl and adult member, and received Province of Ontario Volunteer Award – for volunteering with Girl Guides of Canada. In 2017 received The Mohawk College MSA - Teacher of the Year Award. Well working for the Hamilton Health Sciences, I received the Nursing Education Initiative Award.
