After earning a BA in philosophy Sean began his journey in the Aircraft Maintenance field of Avionics. Sean fulfilled his apprenticeship and became licensed while based at Hamilton International Airport with Kelowna Flightcraft. This afforded him with a great deal of experiences and travel. Sean then transitioned his career to Pearson International Airport-based WestJet, which led to many exciting years, including rescue missions to many countries and work on different aircraft types.
Sean began teaching in Aviation part-time and discovered a passion for helping students. He then took a year off teaching to write Mohawk College's Avionics program, then moved to a full-time position in 2019 implementing the new program.
