Irshad Manji Bio:
Irshad is the founder of Moral Courage College, helping people around the world turn conflict into collaboration. A longtime leadership professor at New York University, she now teaches with the University of Oxford’s Initiative for Global Ethics and Human Rights. Named a recipient of Oprah’s “Chutzpah Award”, Irshad is also a Globe and Mail #1 bestselling author.
Her book ‘Don’t Label Me’ offers practical wisdom for navigating disagreement with integrity and curiosity, earning praise from Chris Rock as “genius”. Her forthcoming book, 'Moral Courage,' deepens this work for an even messier world.
From her early life as a refugee from Uganda to her upbringing in Vancouver and her current home in New York City, Irshad brings a profoundly human, global perspective to leadership.
