Labs and Simulation Spaces
Pharmacy Lab 1
This Pharmacy Lab mirrors the workflow of a real pharmacy environment, giving students space to learn medication preparation, organization and dispensing processes. With secure storage areas, dedicated workstations and tools used in professional practice, learners can build accuracy, confidence and strong foundational skills for their future clinical placements.
Pharmacy Lab 2
The Pharmacy Sterile Products Lab provides students with a space to learn and practice essential skills used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and hospital settings. With specialized workstations and devices that support safe medication preparation, this lab helps learners build confidence, accuracy and professionalism before entering clinical placements. The sterile products lab is where students learn to prepare items that require a sterile environment, including IVs, syringes, chemotherapy drugs, and certain compounds.
Physics and Metrology Lab
A precision measurement facility. Students use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and laser tools to learn "Quality Assessment and Control" protocols to ensure manufactured parts meet exact industrial tolerances.
Sonography Simulation Lab
The Sonography Simulation Lab gives students the opportunity to practice ultrasound techniques in a safe and supportive learning environment. Using specialized equipment and guided simulations, learners can build confidence, develop scanning skills and prepare for real clinical experiences.
X-Ray Room
Also known as rooms 1-4, each room is equipped with a different brand of X-ray technology, allowing the students to simulate real world experiences and practice their skills on a variety of units, including our newest addition, the portable X-ray.
