Career Centre - Classroom Presentation Request Form

This form is for Mohawk College faculty to request a Career Advisor to visit their classroom and deliver a career skills-focused presentation. 

Please Note: 

  • Only one presentation per program per semester is available
  • You may request up to two topics in one session if they are compatible and you have a 90-minute time slot
  • A new form must be submitted each semester for new requests
e.g., the program code for Graphic Design is 508
