LINC classes are FREE to eligible participants thanks to the support of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

To be eligible for the free English classes, applicants must live in Ontario as a permanent resident of Canada, protected person (with Notice of Decision), or a Ukrainian temporary resident or their dependents. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process your application considering you live outside Ontario, Canada.
