Please select a 2-hour time frame between 8 am and 4 pm.  During this window of time, the competition will be available to your students.

Consent

By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree that:
a) I have read and understood the Rules, Terms and Conditions of the SIGMA online competition, that I am able to supervise students during their preparation for and participation in the competition, and that I agree to comply with all competition requirements and procedures.
b) I confirm that the information provided on this form is accurate and complete, and I understand that registration approval is based on this information, with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Mohawk College reserving the right to verify details and revoke access if inaccuracies are identified. 
c) I consent to the collection and use of the information provided for the purposes of creating teacher and class accounts in Möbius, administering access to SIGMA competition materials, delivering and grading the competition, and communicating results, awards, and recognition in accordance with the SIGMA online Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions. 
d) I acknowledge that personal information collected for Möbius account creation will not be retained beyond the competition period and the communication of results, while anonymized or identifiable competition data related to participation, performance, and grading may be retained for historical analysis and reporting. 
e) I confirm that I am responsible for ensuring that participating students meet eligibility requirements and that appropriate school and parental or guardian permissions have been obtained where required for student participation.
f) I understand that Mohawk College collects, uses, maintains, discloses, and disposes of personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and that DigitalEd data handling practices are governed by its Privacy Policy.
