I have been with Mohawk College and the SSW program since 2004. I bring over 15 years of clinical experience from roles at Interval House, Phoenix Second Stage Housing, and Halton Children's Aid. I hold a BA in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from McMaster University. A lifelong learner, I am passionate about fostering meaningful and engaging learning experiences for future Social Service Workers. I believe that self-awareness—understanding our values, strengths, and challenges—is essential to effectively supporting others. It’s not a destination, but a lifelong journey.
