Plant-Based Cooking Workshop (SDG Month)

During SDG Month, learn how to cook a budget-friendly, plant-based, and delicious Vegetarian Red Thai Curry with local chef Joyce Leung from the Joyce of Cooking!  

Wash and cut ingredients, cook on the stovetop, and enjoy a prepared meal together. 

What you'll gain from this session: 

  • Get hands-on cooking experience  

  • Learn about the importance of healthy and sustainable eating 

  • Apply SDGs (SDG 1: No Poverty, 2: Zero Hunger, and 3: Good Health and Well-Being) to your learning
