February marks the beginning of Beyond A Bystander: Gender-Based Violence Awareness month in Hamilton! Throughout the month, MentorAction will facilitate several events and online campaigns to promote community engagement, awareness of GBV and how to address it.
Take action against gender-based violence by wearing purple on February 8. Post pictures of yourself wearing purple and tag MentorAction for a chance to win a prize.
Stop by Social Inc (F114), Fennell Campus, between 11am-2pm to participate in GBV-related activities with SRRO’s GBV Peer Educators and get a purple shirt, resources and other swag.
