Hangar at Mohawk College Aviation Campus

Hangar

This 25,000 square foot lab opens directly onto the air side of the Hamilton International Airport. Together with planes kept on the airport apron, Mohawk College has a fleet of aircraft comprised of helicopters, small prop planes, corporate jets and a commercial passenger jet.

The variety of aircraft ensure students from all three aviation technician programs—Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Structures and Avionics Maintenance—gain experience on the types of aircraft they will encounter after graduation.
