Continuing Education Registration Form – Important Information

This form allows you to select the Continuing Education course(s) you wish to register into prior to payment/funding for course(s).

Eligibility

You may use this form if you are:

• An OSAP student with an active application for the current academic year/semester and no holds or restrictions.
• A sponsored student.
• Trying to register in courses that require approval due to prerequisites.

You cannot use this form if you:

• Have an outstanding balance from a previous semester.
• Have active holds on your student account.
• Have not received program approval from the CE department. (If applicable)
  • Detailed instructions on the admission requirements and steps to follow for program approval can be found on the program page in the Continuing Education Registration System.
  • If you have questions regarding the approval process, contact your Continuing Education Academic Area. 

OSAP Students – Tuition Deferral

If your registration is approved and you're an OSAP student, a tuition deferral will allow you to pay your fees without penalty by the deferral deadline.

Submission & Processing

Once submitted, your form will be reviewed. If you're eligible, you will be registered in your approved courses within two weeks. Please monitor your Mohawk College email for updates or requests for additional information.

Submission Timing

To ensure your registration can be processed in time:

• Submit your form no later one week before the start date of your class(es).
• If you are an OSAP student and it is less than one week before our classes start, we recommend paying in full to secure your spot, as registration cannot be guaranteed in that timeframe.

Please ensure all steps are completed before submitting your registration form to avoid delays.

Student Information

Date of Birth, Ontario Education Number (if known) and Gender are required on the Mohawk College Student Record System to assist in the retrieval of your academic grades; to issue income tax receipts; and, to confirm your Ontario Education Number (OEN).
