Mohawk Testing Centre Missed and Makeup Referral

After selecting the campus, available test dates and testing slots will appear (1 per student).  
Student walk-in testing will take place with start times between 9am and 1pm.
Please note, this is our final exam session. Students must arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please choose one option below if the student arrives late:

Students occasionally request washroom breaks during their  in-person appointments. Due to limited resources, not all students can be supervised.
(If the test is only available in paper/hard copy, Fennell requests must be completed in-person.  Please email for SC or IAHS requests)

If your student requires access to a computer for testing, they will be provided a lab computer in the Testing Centre. Personal electronic devices are not permitted. If the student is required to use their personal device for testing, such as a laptop, please clearly indicate this under resources when submitting the testing material. 
Please specifically provide the computer programs or platforms the student required and is permitted access for this test (e.g. MyCanvas, CSAIT, all websites, etc.)
If required, please provide the password to the online test. Please note, the password will be provided to the student.
Please include ALL resources allowed (eg. scantron, scrap paper, calculator, etc.). If no resources are permitted, please indicate "None". These will be the only resources permitted. Please note, if a student requests a resource not indicated, they will either be instructed to contact their instructor or write without the resource
(e.g. please attach a scantron, please print test single-sided)
