Accommodation Procedure for MoMac BScN or RPN-BScN Students

1. Register with Accessible Learning Services at Mohawk College by completing the Confidential Intake Form and by providing disability related documentation. See Disability Documentation Guide
2. Book an appointment at the IAHS campus by contacting Becky Matone, Triage Officer (contact information below)

3. Attend your booked appointment with Accessible Learning Services to develop your Accommodation Letter. This Accommodation Letter is valid for BScN, RPN-BScN, and COLLAB elective courses taught at the IAHS campus
4. Register with Student Accessibility Services at McMaster University to create an accommodation plan for your McMaster Health Sciences courses and McMaster elective courses

Important Note: You must meet with Accessible Learning Services at Mohawk College before you meet with Student Accessibility Services at McMaster University. However, to avoid delays in accommodation planning, we recommend that you contact Student Accessibility Services at McMaster University to begin their registration process as soon as you have booked your appointment with Accessible Learning Services at Mohawk College.
