How to add self care to your mornings

We all have things we need to get done before getting started with our day (such as brushing our teeth) but have you heard of the pre-morning routine?

Kimberly, a triage officer in Counselling and Accessible Learning Services, explains that a pre-morning routine is a set of routines or rituals that you prioritize doing before your regular morning activities.  It is about addressing your needs before you start to address what you want to get done that day.
