Julie Ivanchenko has worked in many business offices across southwestern Ontario and has gained invaluable experience, which she shares with her students daily.
Julie has been with Mohawk College since 2004, where teaches in the Office Administration department of the McKeil School of Business. From 2005 until 2019, Julie ran the Mohawk College Administrative Professionals (MCAP) club, where students learned about event planning, were able to listen to guest speakers, and network.
Julie has a Bachelor of Education and a degree in Secretarial Studies and Physical Education from Western University. While it is an odd combination to be sure, her PE background allows Julie to pass on important tips regarding stress and health management, along with proper ergonomics in the office environment.
Julie has been tap dancing since she was four years old and loves to keep students on their toes!
