Location: Stoney Creek Campus – Room E109
Description of Work: L.J. Barton will complete the following work in E109 on the main floor, the large mezzanine and the roof.
- Remove electrical controls and feeds within the paint booth related to exhaust and MUA unit.
- Remove conduit and junction boxes associated with exhaust and MUA unit back to electrical room.
- Disconnect and cap gas line feeding MUA.
- Disconnect and remove feed to MUA and Exhaust fan on roof.
- Remove branch ducts for small exhaust fan and add round diffuser at fire damper.
Please Note: A scissor lift will be used to complete the work. The work will generate noise.
For health and safety reasons, it is preferred that staff do not access the space on these days.

The majority of the wiring will be the assistance phones in the corridors and redundant PA system wiring, so there will be alarms to security as they work on each assistance phone location to re-route the wiring.

Description of Work: Modern Niagara will be on site on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 to install a new HVAC unit on the roof of M-Wing. There will be a crane on site parked on the maintenance road leading from Governor’s Blvd to E-Wing from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, restricting use of this road. The building (M-Wing) will be restricted from access for the day, but will be accessible the morning of Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 and moving forward.
