Combined Fall/Winter Semester Positions – 2026–27
Combined positions for the Fall and Winter terms are available for the 2026–27 academic year. These roles offer students extended, high-quality experiences and provide Hiring Managers with consistent support across both semesters. When completing this form, consider how your position aligns with the College’s strategic goals and outcomes.

Multiple Position Requests

If you are submitting requests for more than one position, a separate application form must be completed for each. You will also be asked to rank your requests in order of priority. Please connect with your leadership team to inquire about additional CSEP positions that may be submitted for your area/division. 

Please note that available funding is limited, with the objective of providing opportunities across a wide range of departments. To support equity and broad access, each department may be approved for a maximum of one or two CSEP positions.

The application period to request a position will run from June 12 until July 15 at 11:59 pm.
