The Agency
What is The Agency?
The Agency is an experiential learning program and facility operating out of room i205 at Mohawk College’s Fennell Campus. Students from the Advertising and Marketing Communications Management, Marketing, and Graphic Design programs collaborate to develop real-world marketing and communications solutions for selected businesses, in the greater Hamilton area.
All client projects are integrated into course curriculum and students are graded on the work they produce. Students work under close faculty supervision, as they develop effective marketing communications solutions relevant to meeting client objectives.

Applications will re-open for the Fall 2027/Winter 2028 academic year in April 2027.

EWO Student of the Year (Experiential Learning)
Kailee Baldwin, Fiona Stevenson, Shelby Guitard, and Estevan Ferrari were awarded the Experiential and Work-Integrated Learning Ontario (EWO) Students of the Year Award for 2023 in the Experiential Learning category, for their work with The Fix.
