Child & Youthcare Lab

Room A119 — the Youth Engagement and Support Lab — is a dynamic, experiential learning space where theory comes to life. Designed to mirror real-world child and youth care environments, this interactive lab provides students with the space, tools, and materials to actively engage in hands-on learning. Within this immersive setting, faculty guide and model realistic scenarios that reflect the complexities of working with children, youth, and families. Students have the opportunity to observe, practice, reflect, and refine their skills in a supportive environment that encourages confidence and professional growth.
