Patricia Zima, CPA, CA is an Accounting Professor at Mohawk College. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She then obtained her Accounting designation.
Patricia has experience in Public Accounting, working in audit and review engagements. She also worked in industry as Accounting Manager for a major Eastern Canadian company located in New Brunswick. After returning to Ontario, she accepted a teaching position at Brock University. She taught in the Bachelor of Accounting program. There, she discovered her passion for teaching. She feels very fortunate to be teaching at Mohawk College in the Accounting program. Patricia has taught various courses over the years. These include Introductory to Intermediate Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, External Auditing and Math.
