When you have successfully completed all the courses in your Program of Study, and your grades appear on your academic record, you may request your Acknowledgement of Completion.
Complete and submit the online Request for Acknowledgement of Completion form.
Your Acknowledgement of Completion will be mailed to you at the address you supply. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery.
