Total Cost of Membership: $474.60 including HST
Payroll deduction will continue until a cancellation form is received from the employee. (Cancellation form is available at the DBARC membership desk)
Amount to be deducted: $19.78 per pay
Please note that a 30 day cancellation notice must be given to the Athletics and Recreation Department.
