Newsletters

RAMC publishes a quarterly newsletter which is distributed to members via email. Become a member to receive the newsletter. If you're looking for newsletters from our archives, contact the editors at ramcnewsletter [at] gmail.com (ramcnewsletter[at]gmail[dot]com).

The Newsletter Committee wants to hear from you as a RAMC retiree. We invite your ideas and submissions of articles related to RAMC. Tell us about what you are doing as a retiree - volunteering, courses, hobbies, activities, questions about retirement that you would like to explore. Send us links to articles which you think are useful and relevant to fellow retirees. Say "hello" and send us your constructive feedback at ramcnewsletter [at] gmail.com (ramcnewsletter[at]gmail[dot]com).

Events

RAMC organizes various events throughout the year – hikes/walks with lunch nearby; outings to theatre and cultural events such as the Shaw Festival; annual meetings for members; and more. We are also invited to Mohawk College events such as the annual President's Breakfast, and we exchange information and opportunities with other colleges' retiree associations.

To complement our in-person gatherings, RAMC plans virtual alternatives including online social times and meetings.

Check the newsletter or join our emailing list for details of specific events.

In Memoriam

The Retirees Association of Mohawk College acknowledges and appreciates all retirees for their contributions to Mohawk College, its students and its community. As we become aware of retirees having passed away, we honour their memories in our newsletter.
