Introduction
Communities of practice (CoP) bring together a group of people who share a common interest in learning about a particular topic. We create CoPs on an as-need basis. The concept of a community of practice emphasizes the importance of social learning, where individuals can benefit from each other's experiences, insights, and best practices to enhance their professional growth and collective learning within the community.
