I can't access the menu options with the lock icons
You need to sign in to the app using your MyMohawk username and password. Please see the topic I am unable to sign in to the app for more information on how to sign in.
Note: If you are not a current student or alumni and do not have a MyMohawk account, you will not be able to access the menu options that are locked.
I am unable to sign in to the app
The app uses the same username and password as your MyMohawk account. Try signing in to MyMohawk. If you are able to sign in to your MyMohawk account, try the same username and password when you sign in to Mohawk Mobile.
I tried my MyMohawk username and password and still cannot log in to the app
Make sure that you are connected to Wi-fi or have your Mobile data turned on. If you are still having difficulties logging in to Mohawk Mobile, please contact the Helpdesk at the contact information provided on the right side of this page.
What Android and Apple phones/tablets are supported?
- Apple devices running iOS 6.0 or later
- Android devices running system version 4.0.3 or later
Is there an app for Blackberry or Windows devices and tablets?
Blackberry and Windows devices are currently unsupported. There are no immediate plans to support these devices in the near future.
My password, sign in status keeps resetting
When you sign in, double check to make sure you have selected the Stay signed in option. When there are new app updates and changes, your Stay signed in option may need to be set again.
I can log in to view my Grades, Course Schedule, etc but I do not see any information
If you are loading your grades or course schedule from the app for the first time, it will take a bit of time to retrieve your information. Wait for a few minutes and your information should load.
If after a few minutes your information has not yet loaded, it is possible that you have a hold on your account. Until holds are cleared, you will not be able to access certain information such as your grades and course schedule.
If this is the case, please contact the Square at 905-575-1212 to have them check if you have a hold on your account.
