The free LINC English classes are available to eligible newcomers. Please submit this form ONLY if the applicant is:

  • a permanent resident (PR) of Canada with a valid PR card or confirmation letter, or a protected person (with the Notice of Decision), or a Ukrainian temporary resident or their dependents;

  • 18 years old or older.
