First point of contact for COMMS (Course Outline Mapping and Management System), and provides training, troubleshooting, and support for Faculty, Program Coordinators, Program Managers, and Associate Deans with course outline entry and approval.

Managing the New Program Development Process for the College. Assist the Dean with governance oversight related to academic development and program quality including the Program Development and Renewal Sub-Committee (PDRC) and the P3 Quality Assurance Sub-Committee with triOS. Managing the Riipen Partnership and coordinating Specific Funded Proposals.

Responsibilities include:
Working with academic areas to develop academic pathways into, within and beyond Mohawk College including articulation agreements with partner institutions. Also promotes pathways opportunities to students through individual advising, events and other marketing.

Accreditation & Program Review Specialist

Responsibilities include:
Working with academic programs which are subject to an external accreditation process. Providing support of an integrative cycle involving accreditations, internal program review and program advisory committees. Managing processes for new program applications to external accrediting bodies, interim and annual reports, full accreditation submissions (including narrative writing) and organization/delivery of site visits (virtual and in-person).
