Unlock pathway options to an Indigenous Studies degree program at McMaster University and Wilfrid Laurier University with this two year General Arts and Science Diploma program. Students may complete a college diploma and university degree in four years.

Laurier Brantford
Graduates of Mohawk’s two-year General Arts and Science Diploma, who complete the eight Indigenous Studies courses within the program and maintain a cumulative GPA of 75%, are eligible to apply to the Laurier Brantford, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Indigenous Studies combined major. Eligible graduates will receive two years (10 credits) of transfer credit toward their Bachelor of Arts (Honours).
McMaster University
Graduates of Mohawk’s two-year General Arts and Science Diploma, who complete the eight Indigenous Studies courses within the program and maintain a cumulative GPA of 75%, are eligible to apply to McMaster University, Faculty of Social Sciences Indigenous Studies major. Eligible graduates will receive two years (60 units) of transfer credit toward their Bachelor of Arts (Honours). Other majors, double majors, and major/minor options may also be available after admission to McMaster, subject to program requirements.
