Parking Services by Campus

Please note the Parking Office physical locations are closed. Please contact Parking by phone or email.

Parking will be free of charge for the summer semester. You may park in any of the open lots at the Fennell and Stoney Creek campuses, and at the Airport Learning Hub.

Anyone bringing a vehicle to campus will be required to register their vehicle with Parking Services through the college’s online parking payment site.

McMaster New Student Parking 

Current parking arrangements are as follows:

  • An active transponder and a valid parking permit is required to access parking lots:
    • If you previously had parking that has expired, please email parking [at] mcmaster.ca to renew
    • New Faculty/Staff, students, or those who did not previously have a parking permit should email parking [at] mcmaster.ca ( )to set up parking. Transponder is required to activate the no charge parking and there is a one-time non-refundable $40 fee.
  • Once active, transponders with a valid parking permit will provide:
    • Enhanced inter zone access with 24/7 access to all upper campus lots except Lot A (Divinity College). The Wilson Underground, PGCLL Underground, Lot K, M, P and Ward Avenue lots will remain closed.
    • Free of charge monthly parking until August 31st 2021.
  • Regular daily rates for visitor parking will apply for those without an active transponder with a valid permit. For rates, please visit: https://parking.mcmaster.ca/rates/

Parking Information for Staff

All parking fees we will be waived for the Summer 2021 Semester. Anyone bringing a vehicle to campus will be required to register their vehicle with Parking Services through the college’s online parking payment site. Please select the student or staff permit option and login using your MyMohawk credentials to continue.

Please note all staff that had an annual permit for the 2019-20 academic year have been automatically registered.

  • All outstanding accounts must be brought into good standing before a new permit is issued.
