What are KPI Surveys?

The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Surveys are mandated by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU). Students, graduates and employers are surveyed to measure their satisfaction with the programs, facilities and services offered by Colleges in Ontario and will provide an indication of how well these needs are being met.

The survey content and timing is different for each of the Student, Graduate and Employer surveys. Ultimately, these surveys are intended to capture the individual satisfaction and engagement with the college.

Graduate Survey

All college graduates in Ontario are contacted six to eight months after their graduation to participate in the KPI Graduate Outcomes and Graduate Satisfaction Survey. Mohawk graduates are also contacted two years after graduation to gather further feedback.
