- Move in: May 3, 2026

Academic Year 2026-2027
- Move in: September 5, 2026
- Move out: April 18, 2027
- Residence Winter Break closure *: December 20, 2026 – January 9, 2027
Aviation, Nursing, and related programs, have Exception Term Calendars. Please note that all residents are expected to move out by April 18, 2027 regardless of their program duration. For the complete list of programs that do not end by April 18, please visit Exceptions Term Calendars | Mohawk College. If your program does not end by April 18, 2027 and you would like to extend your stay in Residence, late move-out fee payments or partial Summer Residence Fee payments might apply.
Winter 2027
- Move in: January 9, 2027
- Move out: April 18, 2027
All residents are required to move out by April 18, 2027. Please note that some programs follow exception calendars and may not align with this timeline. Extended stays in Residence and/or late move outs will result in additional fees.
Academic Year 2025-2026 / Winter 2026
- Move out: April 19, 2026

Winter Break Closure
Residents must vacate the Residence during the Winter Break Closure period. Residents can apply for a partial or full stay during the Winter Break Closure via paper form. Winter Break application forms are available at the Front Desk in November.
