Student-Caregivers

Here to help you balance caregiving and school.

Welcome to a space where Mohawk College students with caregiving responsibilities for children or dependents under the age of 18 (parents, guardians, and other family and community members) can find relevant information, build community, and access the tools and resources needed to thrive academically and personally.

Student-caregivers account for up to 18% of the Mohawk College student population.

We know it can be challenging to balance school, family, and other commitments, and our academic and student service teams are here to help you every step of the way. You are important, valued members of our community, and we look forward to working alongside you to ensure you achieve your academic and personal goals.
